Full Planning & Coordination

$2,000

Complete planning and coordination from the moment you say "Yes" to the moment you say "I Do." This package includes unlimited communications, vendor management, budget guidance, timeline creation, full event design, rehearsal management, and day-of execution.

• Unlimited email support & monthly planning check-ins

• Final details meeting one month prior to your wedding

• Save the Date/Invitation mailing & RSVP tracking

• Vendor scouting, communication, and payment coordination and/or facilitation

• Assistance with selecting and ordering decorative pieces and rentals

• Coordination with florists, rentals, and other design-related vendors
• Attendance at all vendor meetings & consultations

• Bridal/bridesmaid dress shopping assistance (optional)

• Customized wedding day timeline & itinerary

• Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner coordination

Perfect for couples who’ve booked their vendors but want help bringing their vision to life. We focus exclusively on design and décor—helping you create a cohesive look, source the right pieces, and ensure everything is styled beautifully.

1-Hour Planning Session

Just need a little expert guidance? The Evermore Hour is a one-time, 60-minute planning session designed to answer your questions, offer professional advice, and provide personalized vendor recommendations. It’s perfect for newly engaged couples or anyone looking for clarity without a full planning commitment.

Package Features:

• 1-hour virtual or in-person planning session

• Trusted vendor recommendations

• Advice on timelines, budgeting, and planning priorities

• Follow-up email with notes and helpful resources

**If you book any full-service package within 30 days, the cost of this session will be credited toward your package total!


To keep things simple and stress-free, we follow an easy payment schedule.
Here’s how it works:

Payment Process

20% due to retain services

40% due 6 months before event

40% due 1 month before event

**The Evermore Hour must be paid in full to receive services.


Still need a photographer?

Couples who book a photography package with Willow Tree Photography will receive 15% off any photography package when bundled with Evermore planning services.


Travel Fees

We are happy to travel to wherever your special day takes us!

Your package includes up to 100 miles round-trip. Any additional mileage will be billed at $0.70 per mile with a $50 minimum.
